There’s also optional insurance for dental and vision coverage. Enroll with our optional AFLAC insurance to cover accidents, sickness, cancer and other conditions. Advantage On Call will make a monthly contribution toward your health insurance premium. Contracted Advantage On Call professionals are also provided with $15,000 of life insurance coverage at no cost! (Contracted Professionals will need to sign up for this benefit).

(full time contract/employees only – working 32+ hours per week) – Your enrollment in our company – matching 401 (k) program allows you to save more money toward your retirement. Advantage On Call’s generous program matches 100% of up to 4% of your gross taxable pay. Eligibility begins after you have completed six months of full time employment with us.
