Director, Local Staffing for LA/Orange County/San Diego/Sacramento — Chris has 7+ years in the staffing industry holding positions as both a staffing manager and operations manager. In 2016, he was promoted to Director of the CA markets where he oversees recruitment and operations. Currently residing in Orange County, CA, Chris enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as cheering on his favorite sports teams – the Kings, A’s and Raiders!
Operations Manager – Government Services — Vanessa has 6 years of sales and management experience and started her career with AOC in 2012 working as a Staffing Manager in our Phoenix office. From there, Vanessa moved to our San Diego office and was soon promoted to Operations Manager for the San Diego market. Vanessa currently provides leadership for both the Therapy and Government Staffing teams. In her free time Vanessa enjoys being outdoors, exploring new restaurants with friends, and watching sports, especially her Arizona State Sun Devils!
Operations Manager, LV — Heidi brings six years of healthcare industry experience to her role at AOC. She started as a Staffing Manager and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2014 where she manages the day-to-day operations for both the Nevada and Arizona markets. During her time away from work, Heidi enjoys watching football (Go Patriots!) and hosting gatherings for family and friends. Although she enjoys living in Vegas, her heart will always be back home in Guam.
Operations Manager, Dayton — Shannon has 9+ years in staffing and has held positions in both production and management. She came onboard with AOC in 2015 as a senior recruiter; shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Market Manager for the Ohio office. Currently Shannon manages the Operations of the Dayton office and provides leadership for the team. When not at the office, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, visiting new boutiques, watching sports, and volunteering for organizations such as Little Heart, Big Smiles. Shannon is a firm believer in “paying it forward” and makes it a priority to do so every week.
Regional Manager — Ryan has been in the healthcare industry since 2008. He originally started as a recruiter in Pasadena then relocated to Las Vegas as an Operations Manager. In 2014, he was promoted to Regional Manager. He enjoys baseball, basketball, football, hanging out with friends, visiting family back home in Hawaii, and discovering new “hole in the wall” restaurants.
Business Development Manager — Oliver began working with Advantage On Call in 2011 after graduating from UCLA in 2009. He has successfully held positions as Staffing Manager and Operations Manager with Advantage On Call. Now as Business Development Manager, Oliver is responsible for generating new business for all of the California Markets with Advantage On Call. Oliver believes in strong teamwork and building genuine relationships with clients and staff in accomplishing the goals at hand. In his free time, Oliver enjoys watching sports, doing freelance videography, and spending time with friends and family.
Sr. VP Advantage On Call and Sr. VP of Retention and Client Development, Advantage RN — Dawn brings 20+ years of sales, recruitment and account management experience in medical staffing to her current position. She was a regional manager for a public healthcare staffing company and was instrumental in starting several smaller, private medical staffing companies – including Advantage RN and Advantage On Call. When not actively involved in her current role of motivating her team of recruiters and CDMs, Dawn enjoys spending time traveling, camping, reading and listening to music. Dawn is passionate about animals, children, fitness, coaching, cars, Make-A-Wish and orphans in Guatemala. She’s also a big fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and a self-proclaimed Hunger Games nerd!
